1. Registration Policy
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Official confirmation email will be issued upon successful registration.
- Conference badge must be worn at all times during the event.
- Organizer reserves the right to deny entry without valid registration.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made through official conference channels.
- Bank/transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.
- Registration fees are non-transferable without written approval.
3. Abstract & Presentation Policy
- Abstract submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- All abstracts undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Presenters must complete registration before final confirmation.
- Failure to present without notice may result in exclusion from future events.
4. Ethical & Clinical Compliance
- Ethical approval required for research involving human subjects.
- Informed consent mandatory for patient data and clinical images.
- Conflict of interest disclosures required.
- Plagiarism or data manipulation will result in rejection.
5. Visa & Travel Responsibility
- Participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements.
- Invitation letters will be issued after registration confirmation.
- Organizer is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

- Refund requests must be submitted via official email.
- Refunds processed within 30 working days.
- No refunds for no-shows.
7. Force Majeure
- If postponed due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, registration will be transferred to new dates.
- Organizer is not responsible for travel or accommodation losses.
8. Code of Conduct
- Professional and respectful behavior is mandatory.
- Harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
- Violators may be removed without refund.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Organizer is not responsible for personal injury or loss of belongings.
- Participation is at attendee’s own risk.
- Liability limited to the registration fee paid.
